Eggplant Parmigiana $35

Pomodoro, Basil, Parmigiano Reggiano
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Allow the eggplant to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.
2. Remove plastic lid. Place the eggplant in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 35 minutes or until golden-brown.
3. Once done, carefully remove the eggplant from the oven. Gently poke the middle of the eggplant with a fork to verify the center is at desired temperature.
4. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
